Continuous Subscription Membership
All Soluna Fitness memberships operate as ongoing monthly subscriptions.
Memberships automatically renew each month and will continue to be billed to the card on file until a cancellation request is submitted and confirmed.
By enrolling, members agree to recurring monthly charges unless and until the membership is officially canceled.
Cancellation Requirements
Members must provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice to cancel their membership.
To cancel, members are required to submit a cancellation request by email.
Cancellations are not finalized until confirmed by a manager.
Final Billing Cycle
Once notice is given, the member must finish out their current billing month.
Membership access remains active during this final month.
Charges that occur within the 30-day notice period are still the responsibility of the member.
Your purchase is applied to your first month and locks in your Founders Rate for 12 months.
