Train with two Smith machines, a dual cable machine, assisted pull-up and dip station, leg press, leg extension, hamstring curl, shoulder press, and chest press machines, along with a full dumbbell collection ranging from 5 to 90 pounds. Kettlebells and medicine balls offer additional options for functional and athletic training.
